summerland

yesterday Sandra and I drove out to this place outside strömstad called summerland which used to be a sort of adventure play park for kids back in the late 90's. Sandra used to go there. Anyway, the owners went bankrupt like 15 years ago and strangely everything is still in place..........its weird. the reception is still there as is the small kiosk where you could get food and that. the strangest bit was these rough looking houses and barns on the way in which we think were where the owners lived. we also reckon that there was somebody squatting in one of the houses cause when we left there was a beat up car parked outside and curtains over the smashed windows. apparently the site was used for an illegal rave a few years back...i would not go there at night!!!
